Glowling is a red light therapy tracking application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy is between you and the individual developer operating Glowling (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Glowling is a tracking and informational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Any information shown in the App is for general informational purposes only.
• Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with questions about a medical condition.
• Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information in the App.
• You are responsible for using any red light therapy device safely and according to manufacturer instructions.

3. Information we collect

Glowling collects information you provide directly in the App, which may include:

• Session data, such as session time, duration, treatment area, routine history, streaks, XP/level progress, and optional notes.
• Goals, routines, device preferences, red light therapy preferences, and onboarding answers selected during setup.
• Progress photos, skin/face baseline photos, or other images you choose to capture or upload in the App.
• Wellness-oriented skin/face scan results, wellness scores, visual baseline insights, or progress-related outputs generated by the App.
• Messages, questions, goals, and context you choose to provide to Glow Coach or other AI-powered features.
• Purchase and subscription status information used to unlock paid features.
• Basic usage, performance, analytics, and crash diagnostic information.
